Amanda's 23rd Birthday!!

On the 21st I turned the big 23!! Scary... I know. It was my best birthday to date! I got to shop all day long with my mom and grandma and that night Chase took me out for a night on the town! We went to 25th street in Ogden and ate at Roosters, then went to the comedy club for some entertainment. It was great - - we both left with smile creases and teary eyes from laughing so much! Then we were going to go listen to a jazz band play in a club up the street, but when we got there decided it was not for us. So we walked back to the Hampton where Chase had gotten a suite for the night! He thought of everything! There was even a dozen roses waiting inside for me! He also got me a super cute pink digital camera!
What a great guy! We continued our adventure on 25th Street the next day and browsed the antique shops. We wandered the Indigo Sage gallery and found our dream couch (I say "dream" because it costs $8,700!!!). Later we met up with some friends for dessert and a movie.
On Sunday we had dinner at the Phillips' and all the fam was there. Andrew's son, Parker, was so cute! I had to get some pictures of him! We got to talk to Chase's brother Chad and his new wife Fernanda, who are living in Brazil right now, so that was great. Over all I couldn't have planned a better birthday for myself! I look forward to the many exciting things this year will bring for me!

Well here we are... Blogging ... because it seems to be the 'new thing' to keep in touch with friends and family. It has been 2 months now since Chase and I got married!! I can't believe how fast the time is going by. It makes me kind of sad! We are loving every minute of it. We have a townhouse in Willard and couldn't be happier. We have the most spectacular sunsets thanks to Willard Bay. For those of you who didn't attend the wedding I will go ahead and dub it THE WEDDING OF THE CENTURY!! It was absolutely amazing. I will cherish my memories of it forever. It was so relaxed and very "us"... It was held at Sunrise P River Ranch in Rupert, Idaho (where I am from). Everything was perfect. I wouldn't change a single thing. I am so lucky to have found the love of my life!
Well I won't go on for too long. This is more or less a test run for me!
